This was really, really good! Smokey and full of wok hei, it might cost the same price as their seafood horfun, but it’s well worth it. The chunky pieces of kai lan really adds a good variation of texture along the way too. Make sure you ask for their homemade sambal to mix in; its bright, limey heat is a welcome addition.
