Dreams do come true when I can have Omelette Rice with Angus Beef Steak plated with a beautiful circle of salad. 😀 Just that the chef got too excited and made our food a little overcooked. Accidents do happen too. 😅

Back to United Square to try out the dishes from Hoshino Coffee.

Though this “Omu” Soufflé Curry Rice did not give that lava flowing wowness, the fluffiness of the egg went pretty well with the concentrated flavours of meats, Japanese curry and stew.

Salmon with Wasabi Cream Sauce ($16) | One can never go wrong with this!

Omu Rice & Angus Beef Steak Plate with Salad ($18.80) | One of the newer items on the menu which was added recently.

Wasabi, cream sauce, flamed salmon served with pasta weren't a bad idea after all.
