Yet another best seller is the Pompom, which, like the tourbillon fruit'the, leans more towards the exotic and tart flavour profile. The green apple cream and jelly added a kick of sourness to the cake. The jelly was perhaps a tad too sour for my liking, and reminded me of canned/preserved fruits, hence i wasn't really a fan of it ๐Ÿ˜… However, i reckon that this would make for a great dessert after a heavier meal as its rather light and refreshing in my opinion!
