Grab a bowl of pipping hot ramen from Gyumaru @ramenchampion_sg to keep yourself warm during a cold raining evening.
Ramen Champion has recently introduced a new ramen restaurant, Gyumaru that serves gyukotsu ramen (beef bone ramen). The broth of the ramen soup is boiled for 9 hours and it is then refrigerated for it to set into a thick & flavourful concentrate. After which, the cube is simmered over low heat before it is served.
Individuals may opt for either soft or hard noodles. There are few options to choose from as well, namely the shoyu ($12.80), shio ($12.80),coriander ($14.80) and special ($17.80). Currently, the store is in the midst of application for halal certification. Time to drop by Bugis + to enjoy the bowl of yummy ramen!
