Chocolate marshmallows. Was pondering between mentaiko or mushrooms but I decided to head for the former with it being the most popular item on the menu. The Japanese egg omelette comes in a rectangular cuboidal shape that's kept warmed up in a big dim sum steamer, and topped with mentaiko sauce and nori. Texture was fluffy and beancurd-like, with a mild tinge of sweetness. The mentaiko sauce added a pleasant savoury umami flavour, along with the seafood that were great companions to the warm tamagoyaki. .
