There's always something charming about claypot dishes, and given that tofu dishes are our favourite in tze char, we definitely had to try the 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗽𝗼𝘁 𝗧𝗼𝗳𝘂 here. The tofu cubes are soft and bouncy, similar to the tofu fishcakes used in hotpot places. The minced meat braised sauce is moreish with a tolerable spice level, although it was slightly saltier towards the end. ⁣
