One of the most popular items is their Signature Warabimochi Drinks, kinda like BBT with a refreshing twist - loaded with QQ mochi strips that glide down your throat. Between the two drinks we ordered, the Strawberry Milk is easily the clear winner! The fruity & creamy combination of Hokkaido milk & freeze-dried strawberry mochi base reminded me of a slice of strawberry shortcake! 🍓

Aside from the Chicken Pho, the Value Meal set also comes with fried and fresh summer rolls! Tried the fried version & they were decent, not too oily and stuffed with generous meat fillings.

Was tempted to stuff my mouth full with the 10-inch Bánh Mì, but honestly, their Chicken Pho (Pho Ga) Value Meal was too irresistible to pass up! 🍜⁣ Inevitable pho-related pun aside, it was a pretty pho-tastic experience slurping up the smooth rice noodles and tender shredded chicken slices with their broth. Tastes even better with the added heat from the cut chilli padi. The clear soup is already very flavorful with a subtle herbal aroma but goes HARD with the heat from the chilli padi & the fresh tang of the sliced lime. 👍🏻

It's uncommon to find an authentic cup of Egg Coffee in SG, much less a good one. Although not a coffee lover, I enjoyed their silky smooth concoction, with the creamy egg foam complimenting the dark roasted coffee flavour!

If you need a thirst quencher in the warm weather, the 𝗚𝗶𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗟𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻 𝗧𝗲𝗮 is perfect for sharing between two people!⁣

There's always something charming about claypot dishes, and given that tofu dishes are our favourite in tze char, we definitely had to try the 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗽𝗼𝘁 𝗧𝗼𝗳𝘂 here. The tofu cubes are soft and bouncy, similar to the tofu fishcakes used in hotpot places. The minced meat braised sauce is moreish with a tolerable spice level, although it was slightly saltier towards the end. ⁣

The signature 𝗛𝘂𝗻𝗮𝗻-𝘀𝘁𝘆𝗹𝗲 𝗙𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝗸/小炒肉 may look like a simple stir-fry at first glimpse, but it's well executed and big on flavours! The tender Iberico pork slices are smoky and mildly spicy, with the aroma emanating from the black bean sauce and garlic. The sliced green pepper and white fungus also added a nice crunchy texture to the dish. It tastes so homely - we pretty much demolished our rice with this! 💚⁣

The 𝗖𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘁 𝗜𝗰𝗲 𝗝𝗲𝗹𝗹𝘆 was also very refreshing after the carbs-heavy meal, with a mild sweetness from the nata de coco and wolfberries. If you want something sweeter, you can opt for the Brown Sugar version!

BB's papa couldn't take spicy food so he had the 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗻 𝗡𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗹𝗲𝘀 凉皮 with just the sesame dressing but trust me, their al dente thick noodles taste better with Chili Oil in the mix! If anything, I wished that the dressing was creamier and nuttier to bring out the heat better.

The 𝗛𝗼𝘁 & 𝗦𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗚𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗡𝗼𝗼𝗱𝗹𝗲𝘀 reminded me of the good times when I stocked up lots of suan la fen at home during circuit-breaker 😆- except this was way better! The curly glass noodles yielded a QQ springy bite and paired well with the tangy/mildly spicy broth. Like the roujiamo, this was also not too oily, so it didn't feel jelat after having their set (along with a beverage).

Finally tried Bingz's first 🇸🇬 outlet at Westgate with the fam - turns out the best way to avoid the long snaking queues was to go during off-peak hours on a weekday!

Our favourite was the 𝗦𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗖𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗽𝘆 𝗕𝘂𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗿, which came with a crispy baked pastry bun that wasn't overly oily, and the generous amount of juicy pulled pork sandwiched in between was tender. They come in other flavours, and there's also a Healthy Veggie variant for vegetarians!

Their Special Shio Ramen is well-balanced - flavourful yet clean with a nuanced saltiness that doesn't overwhelm your tastebuds or leave you thirsty. It goes really well with their toothsome noodles, and I cleared the entire bowl without realising it. 😅 More importantly, these thick char siu slices adorning the bowl be BUSSIN' HARD! Every slice is not overly fatty and takes on a soft, melt-in-the-mouth consistency, with the rich meaty flavours intensified by a smoky caramelisation from the blowtorch. It's so SHIO-k that I wouldn't mind dropping by for a 2nd bowl despite being a Westie! 🍜
