Unapologetically buttery thin-crusted pecan pie loaded with toasty aromatic pecans embedded in the rich, gooey, fudgy chocolatey filling. The dense combination of the gooey interior of pecan pie really complements the crispiness of the top layer.

Each bite is unassumingly delish with a robust, nutty crunch and a sticky brownie like filling that isn’t cloyingly sweet.

Though chocolate and pecans are an irresistible combination, I prefer my pecan pie the more traditional way- more of the spiced flavor with the use of cinnamon, brown sugar and molasses in the filling infused with rum/bourbon/whiskey.

Another thing to add, this ps cafe (Martin road) outlet offers a selection of ice cream unlike the other outlets. Got the pistachio, which was a fab combination which up the nuttiness by another notch!
