The caramel is good, there's a complexity. It's slightly watery tho, not that it's a problem. It's more like a custard than pudding, and it's very smooth. The texture is somewhat oily rather than creamy, as weird as that sounds, but it's not greasy. Probably the best item I've had from here this time, not that it's particularly good either tho(half decent)
