AMAZING variety๐Ÿฑ - salmon, tuna, swordfish, ikura, negitoro, octopus, fish roeโ€ฆtopped with tempura bits๐Ÿฅน Sashimi was remarkably fresh too. You can also choose the type of rice; I went for mixed grain for a chewier texture๐Ÿš
