Fish is always a good idea, especially in sushi form!

Almost ethereal, the chawan mushi here is always good, this time with some Tai.

Tai belly, salmon, kajiki, hamachi, otoro, uni wrapped with hirame made up our sashimi course

Japanese persimmons were a delightful addition to our salads yesterday.

As Chef Voon makes his own umeshu, we couldn't resist ordering umeshu jelly.

Miso shiru to finish our meal, loved this as well.

Our nigiri course consists of chutoro, hamachi, salmon belly, tai and ika and of course some tamago
