Those who’ve tried DOPA’s 𝗪𝗮𝗳𝗳𝗹𝗲𝘀 ($𝟲) would know that they are a little different. Instead of being the usual crispy type, we found that their waffles were particularly light and air, almost like a kueh! The staff later shared that their waffle batter is 𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘂𝗲-𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱, which probably contributed to its fluffiness.
