Brunch the way I Like it :)
No it's not Christmas yet - but having a leisurely Sunday brunch of this magnitude does make it feel that Christmas is here :)
The best way to celebrate the birthday of a dearest Mother is to shower her with love ( and champagne and lovely sweets and desserts ) .
Mezza9's champagne brunch has a nice variety of western , Chinese , Japanese and thai.
The Fresh seafood boasts of fresh oysters , lobsters and crabs and good grade sashimi .
I particularly like the salad category ( with had lovely white asparagus which was so fresh and sweet ) and the western food category with a delectable truffle risotto served in a parmesan cheese bowl.
The poached eggs Spinach florentine on waffles with caviar prepared by the western kitchen was also very lovely and this is my personal Favourite .
The dessert station was also impressive. I loved how rich and authentic the home made chocolate ice cream was ( one of the best chocolate ice cream I have had ) . The molten chocolate cake was executed very well too ( even though it didn't have the slowly kind of chocolate ) and I liked that it had the right amount of sweetness and a rich chocolate aroma .
Needless to say - the free flow champagne was great too.
