Having tried the regular brown sugar boba milk twice, this is still to date, my favorite brown sugar boba milk in Singapore so far ; though I have yet to try Tiger Sugar’s version. Topped up a dollar for the cheese brûlée that’s torched with a crisp, caramelised sugar crust (swipe to view). Personally love cheese foam on my beverages and hence I do agree that it’s worth the top up of $1 for this creamy cheese cloud that comes with a pleasant lingering saltiness, adding another dimension of flavour to the luscious sweetness of the brown sugar flavoured fresh milk. The brûlée (caramelised sugar crust) provided a pleasant crisp mouthfeel, coupled with a tinge of sweetness that’s great for the sweet tooths out there (and especially for me🤓)! 🙋🏻‍♀️ The pearls are also soft and slightly chewy, which does not require much effort to chew on, to which I personally prefer(pardon my laziness🤭). Love how Meiji fresh milk is used here, which accounts for the fragrant dairy aroma! 💖 For those that have tried Tiger Sugar, do let me know which is better (to you peronsally) by commenting below!
