JU Signatures, a modern dim sum cafe located at Serangoon Gardens, officially opened on 14 June 2022. Helmed by Chef Wong Kok Shyong, formerly group dim sum chef of Peony Jade, it serves up deftly handcrafted dim sum and Cantonese wok-fried dishes. Here’s what I tried at the media tasting (I put a 👍 for the ones that I liked most!):
