Adorned with an exterior of peanut butter cream laid a thick single layer of matcha pound cake that's also sprinkled with some crushed nuts and matcha powder. Best to consume it at room temperature IMO, otherwise the cake might be too dry and the cream is also solid-firm. The matcha cake is fluffy and sufficiently moist (under ambient conditions) with a subtle albeit fragrant earthy note of matcha flavour. The peanut butter cream is smooth, light with a characteristic nutty flavour that was lingering. Always loving the vegan bakes here that helps me to satisfy my sweet tooth cravings guilt-lessly .
