A definite must try at Lei Garden is this sweet and sour pork with a twist. A super tender mini slab of braised pork belly sitting in sweet and sour sauce—it's so tender it tears apart easily even with a soup spoon. Only gripe is that I wish I had more than one serving of this. 😅
