Char Kway Teow ($4)
.
Back at Heji located in a coffeshop along Beach Road to try their char kway teow after I was suitably impressed with their fried hokkien mee. Wow, again smitten by their plate of char kway teow which was just full of wok-hei and the right amount of seasoning. The plate came with cockles, sliced fishcake, some vegetables and chinese sausage slices. They could be a tad more generous on the ingredients but overall, this plate of CKT is definitely worth salivating over and worth the calories!
