The must try food here is a Tart Flambée which is a local dish from the Alsace region and it does have 3 combinations of flavour to choose from.. we went for the bacon, onion and egg and it’s just so well made with that salty and sweet taste and texture all in the arms of a thinly made crust! Just super addictive and a must to have when you’re in Praelum!
