Pork chops can be very tough sometimes, but luckily this thick slab of pork chop here at Pinch was leaning more towards tender. Topped with a generous dollop of sour cream and onion on top. For the price, I’m satisfied with the portion and how juicy the pork was! I got pretty tired cutting the meat up towards the end, but it was worth the effort.
