The Nanyang Panna Cotta would appeal to coffee lovers b'cos the Nanyang coffee taste was quite strong. The creme brûlée was given a durian twist one for those into it.
The execution had some rooms for improvement. Wished the Panna Cotta was less dense and more wobbly; while the sugar crust on the creme brûlée could still be thinner.
