4 munchies: The savoury-spicy-sweet XO sauce not only complemented the plump, juicy scallops and blanched broccoli well, but also enhanced the fresh seafood and crunchy greens with flavour. I’d have liked the scallops to be slightly wider in diameter for a more shiok bite, but that’s just me being edacious. This dish is best served with either white rice or fried rice.
