[Somerset] Just like their famed desserts from @fatcatsg our Short Rib Claypot Rice ($24) and Black Pepper Wagyu Bowl ($22) from @stray.sg came to our table cold. The pink ginger foam was interesting but it could not redeem the beef which was frankly average, with a black pepper sauce which needed more kick, and an “Onsen egg” which came soft boiled like Ya Kun instead. The short rib was flavourful though, atop rice which was fragrant and salty.
