This is my fav, thinly sliced pork lard wrapped in fresh shrimp paste, topped with whole pomfret and pan fried it.

Beside this three new dishes, Zui Yu Xuan launch 5 course Signature set menu, available from 1 dec 2020 to 17 Jan 2021, at only $50++ per pax with minimum ot two to dine.

💕Teochew Steamed Threadfin Tail or Live Boston Lobster Wok Baked with Fermented Bean and Garlic.
