One of the few dessert options available at Timbre+. Accompanied with a scoop of salted caramel ice-cream with more caramel underneath, the sweetness can get a little overwhelming being a little heaty to the throat. Sticky date pudding was decent; there is certainly better but it does carry a Kueh-like texture, though lacks the fibrous streaks that the good ones carry. Still a rather decent option for dessert at $7, especially when there is a lack of dessert choices at Timbre+
