This is 1 of my all time favorites, its old school and brings back fond memories of my granny's culinary

The Braised Trotters Simmered in Beehoon 猪脚焖米粉 is not too dry, neither soggy.

The Hakka Yong Taufu 酿豆腐 is stuff with bouncy minced meat, lightly grilled/fried & dripped dry before serving.

The Hakka Soy Chicken more affectionately refered to as 豉油鸡 🐣
I reckon is pretty good.
