Gorgeous fresh cream cake with sponge laced with Melaka. Sponge was dense and moist- a signature of Edith. They are not able to reduce the sugar as that will affect the texture of the sponge. Fresh adzuki beans used. My main complaint is that for a premium patisserie, they should be using authentic chendol made with coconut milk and natural pandan for coloring, instead of this electric green mass rubbish. Taste wise 4/5. Available in slices.
