The thick slab of Kurobuta Pork Chop on the bone is juicy and succulent with a light chew to texture, a nice ratio of fat to lean pork meat, and has decent savoury sweet peppery spice fatty flavour.

Served with Mushroom Fricassé, featuring tender button mushrooms in a mushroom cream gravy, which has deep earthy savoury salty flavour.

A rich black pepper gravy accompanies this dish, lending bold peppery spice savoury notes. We enjoyed this greatly.
