Pan-Seared Norwegian Salmon ($14.90)

I am extremely particular about my salmon 🐟since most places tend to overcook it. After traveling a long way to Bedok, I was pleasantly greeted by this plate of salmon cooked perfectly 👌🏼with the flesh still juicy and moist and the skin seared so crispy I wished there was more! The tomato coulis served with the salmon was imo not really necessary though.

Overall, @5senses_sg serves really decent dishes at very affordable prices though for people with bigger appetites, you may want to order an extra main for sharing!
