Negitoro Don / Oden Soba ($16/$13)

Negitoro Don was served with generous amount of minced tuna belly sitting on a bed of sushi rice and garnished with lots of flying fish roe and spring onion and a raw quail egg. Every mouth full was pure pleasure ☺️!

Oden Soba came with assorted japanese fishcakes and soba soaking in a pool of oishii dashi-based soup! The soup deserves special mention and the kind souls @shunkuuizakaya split our bowl of oden into 2 bowls to topped up more of their amazing soup for us!
