One of my favourite cakes and in my opinion, the best cake at Cake Spade.

The three layered angel food cake is packed with layers of a decadent and slightly bitter dark chocolate mousse. The best part would be the thin but spectacular layer of crunchy hazelnut fueilletine which adds dimension to the cake. The cake is topped off with gold flakes and a seasonal fruit, making the dessert befitting of the name, chocolate royaltine cake.
