The unique waffle/pancake creations were so attractive! We tried the Affogato (S$12) waffle which came with a house special espresso sauce and melted marshmallows. Pairing gooey marshmallows and a bittersweet syrup is such a stroke of genius. We loved the flavours!!
Only bummer was the waffles were so crispy (more like hard) they would make great biscottis. Chef supposedly said it's intended that way so I'm a tad confused. Is that true?
