Simple. Delicious. That’s how good the pasta is here at Porta. The orecchiette (small ear-shaped pasta) is done perfectly, with a superb bite to each piece that goes perfectly cradling the morish cream sauce.

The sauce itself takes on the flavour and fragrance of the seasonal wild mushrooms that chef Alex uses and thankfully isn’t too heavy so you can keep going back in for more. Both the pastas here blew us away (spice lovers will need to try their Prawn & Spicy Chorizo Pasta❤️), and I know I’ll be back for these! 👅💦💦
