Quite surprised that a sirloin steak bowl can be priced so economically @thesaltedplumsg . The steak, though sirloin, was cooked just nice, tender and juicy. The beef slices was of a decent portion though I won’t have mind paying a bit more for more steak to fill the hunger. The beef was served with rice and topped with house pickled cabbage which wasn’t overly sour and a sous-vide egg to coat the beef with its runny yolk. Overall a decent pick but I will be trying other exciting options on the lunch bowl menu.
