Almost every visit to a Korean restaurant, I never fail to order this dish. One of my favourites and also part of my quest for the best Korean steamed egg in an earthenware bowl. This bowl was the most impressive so far, with the highest puff‑up egg among all I’ve tried. Light, fluffy, soft and wobbly with a soufflé‑like texture. Savoury and umami‑rich, you can taste the broth infused into the egg. Must order!
