Bringing my oversea friends to have a try on our local favourite chili crab, and Uncle Leong Seafood is one of the pioneer restaurants serving this signature dish.

The size of crab would be based on the size of people eating, which this portion is recommended for 3 of us.

Spicy enough but I myself eating for so many times, I find their version was a bit more watery. Wasn’t thicker from what I’m expecting.
