East meets West or perhaps more French as the bakery fuses local flavours with pastries. My breakfast set came with teh-o, two soft-boiled eggs and a bun from a choice selection. Intrigued by what looked like mango at a glance, I opted for the Black Glutinous Rice with Chicken Floss. The combination of flavours and textures was interesting - a bit of sweetness and stickiness with the right balance.
