The sound of the trolley wheel colliding against the flooring resonates within the area, echoing that is the voice of the middle aged ladies hollering the names of the delectable dim sum, rallying for people to clear them off the multi-tier push carts. It reminds me of the old Hong Kong dim sum restaurant and a warmth surges through my chest when the auntie asked warmly if the dim sums are enough for my consumption. Some of the dim sums came luke warm though - not warm enough for my liking - most likely the less popular items but auntie does her best to serve me the warmer ones. The dim sums are okay, liked the liu sha bao and char siu sou because they are really... pretty average dim sums overall.
