This didn’t look appetizing at all, but it tasted better than it looked. The gravy was only enough to coat the noodles but not the dumplings. Fortunately the dumplings were flavorful enough on their own. Packed tight with meat and small bits of prawn inside and not too salty. The char siew was an add on and it was great. Slightly sweet with a hint of char.
