Finally decided to join the queue to get a bowl of this and my oh my, we now understand why the stall has a steady flow of customers no matter the time. We didn’t try the pricier fish maw ($10/$12) version, but were already very satisfied with this. Loved the umami flavour packed broth studded with generous bits of dried sole fish and very well braised mushrooms, along with well cooked liver and pork slices. The mee kia lookalike noodles here are thinner, had a slight bite to it and didn’t dilute the soup much. Very slurp worthy!
