Always fancied having DIY pasta, and this place offers that. For $11.90, you can choose any pasta (spinach linguine!); any amount of cheese and sides (mushrooms and all kinds of meats). The fix is that the more you choose, the less of each you get. Still, for that variety of choices, it's a win. However, I felt that the pasta was oven-baked and hence too soft. This feels like fast food pasta, especially with the place lacking ventilation...
