The key ingredient in this seafood pasta is definitely the umami-rich reduction of lobster broth. Well, I don’t mind having more carbs as the al dente noodle coated in the lobster broth was tasty. Sad to say, Linguine Americain is available only for lunch from 11am to 2pm. Both my friend and I feel they should include this dish into the main menu. And my foodie partner in crime has started planning her second visit for this pasta!
