They’re cooked with the same fish soup with no milk added. In case you’re wondering, the milky texture is the result of hours of high heat boiling with large amount of fish bones. The broth was sweet and stronger with prawns added. Also tried Ka-Soh fried yam with the sweet yam in the middle and crunchy on the outside. Prawn paste chicken gave a very intense savoury flavour with a bowl of comfort noodles. 🍜 Service was rather slow during peak hours. .

All signature Bibimbaps comes with short grain Korean rice, 5 vegetable sides, a protein
and pick from the selection of 3 home made Korean sauce. They are Omma’s Gochujang (traditional), Soy Garlic Jang (savoury) as well as the Apple Cider Gochujang (sweet & tangy).
After the addition of sauce, shake it hard and well before digging in! .
Hint hint, the soy citrus salmon was my favourite choice with its melt-in-the-mouth texture and do try the popular seaweed soup as well!

On our second visit to UYKD, we’re still delighted with their interesting and popular dishes. .
The Signature Grilled Chicken (Whole) was quite a hit still. It was in fact my favourite dish that night. The chicken was uniquely well marinated with juices sealed within its tender flesh. The perfectly grilled crispy skin was also the contributing factor why I loved this dish so much.
.
Another top of my favourite dish was yet something to do with poultry. The Red Curry With Grilled Chicken, Lychee, Tomatoes and Sweet Basil looked rather mundane but when drenched with rice, I could have this dish alone. Would love more lychees added as the sweetness added a refreshing touch to it.

Priding itself on using only high-quality ingredients and tea leaves harvested from the local farms, CHICHA San Chen has emulated the authentic bubble tea experience akin to having it in Taiwan.
.
What intrigued me at CHICHA San Chen (吃茶三千) was the sight of multiple patented Teapresso machine that were operated to serve freshly-brewed-to-order bubble tea. This would probably be a game-changing new concept in the bubble tea scene which Singaporean are not exposed and familiar to.
.
The top 2 most popular beverage from the menu would be the Bubble Milk Tea and Dong Ding Oolong Fresh Milk Tea. I would prefer the Bubble Milk Tea since it has that caramelized richness which I thoroughly enjoy gulp after gulp.

Wan Bar + Kitchen and also nightclub is pretty much a 3-in-1 stop located at Suntec, for party goers and diners alike. More of a diner than a party goer, I definitely preferred the al fresco seatings available right outside and away from the party atmosphere where I could enjoy the food from Wan Kitchen. The dishes I tried were featured as both local and international fusion, catering to the modern taste buds.
.
My favourite dish that night was the Lobster Carrot Cake. I would never expect such a delicious carrot cake with fluffy egg to be served from such a dining setting. Traces and bites of lobster meat could be found scattered throughout the carrot cake!
