It is easy to miss Blue Label Pizza in Madarin Gallery, even though it's situated just beside Wild Honey because they don't have a very flashy signboard nor grand entrance that is indicative of its existence. Their door is small and tiny but once you enter it, you will be greeted by 80s rock music playing in the background, very much like a typical American diner even though it's a pretty upscale pizzeria. Did not have a booking and had to wait close to an hour plus before I finally settled into their booth. Opt for Dr. Pepperoni, which came with red sauce, mozzarella, capers, chilli oil and well, pepperoni. Sesame seeds were sprinkled around the crust as well, and when you bite into them, it reminds me vaguely of 'hum ji pang'. The crust was crispy and 'airy', without much flour, which is good because less carbs means more space for everything else! ⁣⁣
