Havnt eaten 板面 in a long while & this bowl of Handmade Noodles aka Ban Mian just got me wondering why it took me so long to savour it again! 😍😍😍

I especially liked that the noodles were springy with a firm bite without feeling too starchy or heavy! 😋😋😋 With simple ingredients such as chunks of minced meat 🐖, fresh greens 🥬 & a shy egg 🥚 that hid underneath, this made quite a satisfying meal! 👍🏻

The highlight for me has got to be the topping of crispy ikan bilis & aromatic fried shallots 💕 which instantly elevated the flavours of the soup (no MSG! 👌🏻) by a few notches! 🤤
