Aus Frementle Octopus Tentacle ($14.90)

Back @themassessg because everything on the menu calls out to me. While definitely not priced for the masses, this octopus tentacle served with pickled lotus root and gochujang aioli is definitely well executed! The tentacle was not rubbery and the kick from the gochujang was an interesting accompaniment to the star!
