I was feeling pretty hungry at dinner time, so I decided to get myself a plate of roast pork and char siew rice ($4) from 联合烧腊饭面 on the 1st floor of Amoy Food Centre:) The charred bits of the char siew and crispy pork skin were on point, and the meat was juicy but not greasy👍🏻 The sauce was on the sweeter side, which turned out to be a great match with the vinegary chili sauce - I literally finished every drop of chilli in my saucer🤤 Overall, this is a pretty decent plate of 叉烧烧肉饭!
