Just around two months old, @lobstersandicecream is a small kiosk tucked in the heart of Chinatown, serving up lobster and crab rolls, alongside with soft serve.

Bearing no expectations, it turned out to be a pretty disappointing experience. The portions were small, with a huge bread to seafood ratio. There were not just one but numerous crab/lobster shells being spat out from both rolls. The mentaiko sauce was just too overpowering and lacked that creamy texture I desired. They probably also forgotten to torch it for that smoky flavour before serving. The only saving grace was the buttered buns which were lightly crusted on the outside and fluffy on the inside.
