I ordered this seasonal item partly because it's an interesting pork-chicken broth, but partly because it's cheap relative to the main menu, which for some reason looked pricey. You really taste both broths - chicken's usual yuckiness has been minimised, while pork wasn't as jelak. Chashu was flawless.
