An exciting new DIY pasta bowl concept located at KINEX, Paya Lebar, the pastas here start from as low as $5.50! Besides, they offer 4 pasta bases and 17 different proteins and supplements to allow you to customise your pasta the way you want it in 3 simple steps.

Step 1: Choose your base

Japanese Shoyu Spaghetti (my favourite!)
Penne Pomodoro
Truffle Cream Linguine
Spaghetti Aglio Olio (my favourite too!)

Also, all sauces (except truffle cream) can be further customised to suit your spicy needs!

Step 2: Choose your protein

Australian Beef Flank
Norwegian Salmon (this was executed really well!)
Lemon and Garlic Chicken
Seasoned prawns

Step 3: Choose your supplements

It was a pretty fun experience building my own pasta bowl and I have to say that I really enjoyed the Shoyu Spaghetti as well as the Aglio Olio! The Salmon was also cooked really well, with a crispy skin on top of moist, juicy meat.

I also want to say that these pasta, although very affordably priced, comes in a large portion as well; leaving you both happy in your tummy and wallet. I was also impressed with the way the food arrived, as the sauce bases were packed separately, ensuring that you are able to enjoy the food the way it was meant!
